About Iron Chef Elm City: “Hot in the Kitchen: CT Firefighter Chefs”
This year’s competition is a battle between FOUR chefs who are also firefighters, requiring them to demonstrate their culinary prowess, while testing their skills against each other. Each chef must create a scrumptious appetizer, entrée and a dessert using the “secret ingredient”. The “secret ingredient”, which is sponsored by a CT based food company, is revealed at the start of the competition.
